    AbstractPersistent fifth aortic arch was suspected by echocardiography and confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in an infant with a heart murmur. Selected images including three dimensional reconstruction from MRI demonstrating this very rare congenital anomaly are presented.
