AbstractBrugada syndrome is a genetic disease characterised by ST segment elevation in right precordial leads and the occurrence of episodes of polymorphic ventricular tachycardia. It is also associated with a high risk of sudden death. We describe three males in whom Brugada syndrome was finally diagnosed after several hospitalisations due to syncope and ventricular tachycardia.
