AbstractPenetrating non-missile orbito cranial injuries are rare in a civilian pediatric setting. We describe a case of a trans-orbital penetration by a wooden chopstick deep down into the cerebellar vermis detected at neuroradiological examination in a child presenting for head injury. The foreign body was successfully pulled out in one piece surgically.
