AbstractColonoscopy is a commonly used diagnostic and therapeutic procedure. Splenic injury or rupture after this procedure is rare. We report a case of splenic rupture and hematoma in a middle-aged man who presented with symptoms of worsened anemia after diagnostic colonoscopy.
