AbstractDelasiauve, Bonhoeffer and Llopis, conceived confusional scenes contrasting the theory of Unique Psychosis, Nosologic Unit, and Psychical Atomism respectively. The a-theoric DSM-III-R, doesn't establish any new concept, limiting itself to arrange in other way, that which was discovered by those and others authors, without rational justifications, having priority over clinical considerations, verbal definitions, with a practice and scientific value that may be debatable.
