AbstractSuprascapular nerve entrapment is a frequently misdiagnosed phenomenon. In this case report, we describe a benign lipomatous tumor causing suprascapular nerve entrapment in the spinoglenoid notch, and we describe the history, clinical examination, and radiographic evaluation. Benign lipomatous tumor compressing the suprascapular nerve is mentioned in the literature, but we believe this is the first case report.
