    Practice Guideline Guideline

American Nurses Association position statement on promotion of comfort and relief of pain in dying patients.

    • S J Hockenberg.
    • Plast Surg Nurs. 1992 Jan 1;12(1):32, 36.

AbstractNurses should not hesitate to use full and effective doses of pain medication for the proper management of pain in the dying patient.
