    AbstractThe anesthetic management of pediatric patients for plastic surgical procedures requires close cooperation and understanding between the surgeon and anesthesiologist. Success depends upon avoidance of psychological trauma, establishment and maintenance of a secure airway, and adequate access to the vascular system.
