AbstractRecognition of brain injury in asymptomatic carotid artery injuries with conventional methods can be difficult. The SPECT brain perfusion imaging showed mild generalized supratentorial hypoperfusion of the bilateral cerebral cortices on the left side and severe left temporal lobe hypoperfusion.
