AbstractWe report a case of a 36-year-old male who presented with a pulsatile mass at the left temporal region after a head injury. Duplex sonographic examination confirmed the diagnosis of traumatic pseudoaneurysm of the superficial temporal artery. Imaging showed the pseudoaneurysm was partially thrombosed.
