    AbstractSolitary pulmonary lymphangiomas are rare benign lesions thought to result from the development of abnormally proliferating lymphatic vessels. This report describes a case of solitary pulmonary lymphangioma resected under video assisted thoracoscopic surgery and diagnosed using histological and immunohistochemical investigations.
