AbstractFifty women with proved multiple sclerosis were grouped according to the severity of the disease (measured urodynamically) and followed for 5 years. All patients were asymptomatic initially. The symptoms, urodynamic results and therapy are discussed. As the disease progresses in a stepwise fashion bladder symptoms become more pronounced. With current methods of treatment and followup better control of the symptoms can be expected.
