AbstractMultidetector computed tomography (MDCT) cardiac findings in an unconscious teenager after blunt chest trauma are presented. Multidetector computed tomography enabled accurate comprehensive evaluation of the coronary arteries, myocardial perfusion, and left ventricular function. This case illustrates the full capabilities of MDCT in the evaluation of cardiac contusion in a noncooperative pediatric patient.
