    AbstractWe report a 33-year-old man with a history of chronic cannabis use who sustained myocardial infarction followed by cerebral infarction after a recent significant increase in cannabis use. This is the first case of cannabis-associated stroke of probable cardioembolic origin.© 2012 National Stroke Association.
