AbstractAn unusual case of cyanotic heart disease in a 20-year-old male has been presented. Cyanosis was due to right to left shunt through direct right pulmonary artery--left atrium fistula. After successful operative ligation of the fistula, the patient got rid of cyanosis and is doing well.
