AbstractBehcet's disease is a chronic multisystem illness in which cardiac involvement is a rare manifestation. In this unusual case a young man had symptoms that primarily related to recurrent right ventricular thrombi and pulmonary thromboemboli. Transesophageal echocardiography was useful in documenting the presence of intracardiac thrombus and establishing the diagnosis.
