AbstractOtoplasty remains a challenging but rewarding operation for surgeons who approach it in a rigorous and exacting manner. This article outlines a particular systematic approach to cartilage-sparing otoplasty and related adjuvant procedures. Whichever methods are chosen, precise adherence to the goals and principles summarized herein will help ensure optimal surgical outcomes and associated patient satisfaction.
