AbstractThere are 23 cases in the literature of fracture table-induced pudendal nerve palsy. The majority of these patients had full sensory return; however, return of sexual function was unpredictable. The relevant anatomy, etiology, and incidence of this complication are discussed, and suggestions are made for its prevention.
