AbstractA case of a primigravida with hypovolemic shock symptoms and acute intrauterine fetal hypoxia was described. Emergency caesarean section, during which a hemorrhage to the peritoneal cavity caused by an unrecognized splenic artery aneurysm rupture was diagnosed, was immediately performed.
