    AbstractAnnulo-aortic ectasia is an extremely rare complication of Gaucher's disease. We report successful surgery in a patient with Gaucher's disease complicated by annulo-aortic ectasia and aortic dissection. Cabrol's operation was accomplished without bleeding or sternal adaptation problems.
