    AbstractToxic epidermal necrolysis is a rare acute and potentially life-threatening drug-related reaction. Osetalmivir is one of the drugs responsible for these reaction. We describe the case of a Down syndrome patient with toxic epidermal necrolysis previously treated with oseltamivir.
