    AbstractPain associated with hypertrophic pulmonary osteoarthropathy (HPOA) may be extremely disabling and resistant to treatment. The successful use of ketorolac, a new non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, given by subcutaneous infusion is reported in two patients with uncontrolled pain caused by HPOA.
