    AbstractTransesophageal echocardiography provides high resolution of intracardiac structures. One potential problem is the misdiagnosis of previously unrecognized benign cardiac structures as malignant processes, leading to unnecessary surgical procedures. We describe an unusual case of benign intracardiac eustachian valve cyst monitored over 2 years.
