    AbstractWe report a case of intracerebral air embolism after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in a patient with a fatal myocardial infarct. Cases of cerebral air embolism rarely occur as a result of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in cases of cardiopulmonary arrest on arrival. This is the first case with postmortem histological confirmation.
