AbstractA 69-year-old man presented 3 months after lumbar spine surgery with progressive paraparesis and bladder and sphincter dysfunction caused by a lumbar artery pseudoaneurysm compressing the dural sac. After embolization with glue, the thrombosed pseudoaneurysm substantially decreased in size and the patient's neurological symptoms improved.
