    AbstractCervical osteomyelitis and epidural abscess are rare and potentially fatal conditions with severe neurological manifestations. Changes on plain radiography and computed tomography are non-specific, while contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging shows high sensitivity and specificity in establishing early diagnosis.
