    AbstractPulmonary embolism in pregnancy is difficult to diagnose because of the technical limitations. We report on a diagnosis of severe pulmonary embolism during pregnancy using the serum parameter NT-proBNP as a marker for right ventricular dysfunction following pulmonary embolism.
