AbstractCovered stents have been successfully used in the treatment of fusiform aneurysms and post dissection aneurysms in peripheral arteries as well as in post-traumatic arteriovenous fistulas. We report a case where a pseudoaneurysm of the cervical vertebral artery was excluded by placement of two covered stents, preserving patency of the parent artery, in a 15-year-old patient.
