AbstractWe present a case of severe accidental hypothermia (core temperature 22 degrees C) after a suicide attempt. The initial symptoms and the pre-hospital and hospital treatment are discussed. Additionally, different rewarming strategies for patients with severe accidental hypothermia are compared.
