    AbstractNew Jersey served as the original pilot site for the American Medical Accreditation Program (AMAP). Designed by the American Medical Association, AMAP is a voluntary, comprehensive accreditation program that measures and evaluates individual physicians against national standards, criteria, and performance in five areas.
