AbstractA 60-year-old woman had persistent left-sided ischialgia. After several years, a left-sided subgluteal mass extended to the pelvis. Computed tomography (CT) disclosed a large subgluteal and intrapelvic lipoma. Symptoms were relieved by excision of the tumor.
