After distinguishing the Clinical Medicine from Bio-medicine, he briefly considers the concept of reductionism, anti - reductionism and holism. Therefore, he examines the differences between the Medicinal Pathology and the Clinical Medicine. He studies the scientific value of the Clinical Medicine, concluding that Clinical Medicine is a science - a creative science.
