AbstractA patient with typical larva migrans lesions associated with a highly pruritic papular folliculitis is presented. The time course of the evolution and the pathological picture - with local accumulation of lymphocytes, mast cells and eosinophils - mirror a typical thymus-dependent reaction to parasitic infestation. The papular and serpiginous lesions did not respond to the same type of therapy.
