AbstractHyperemesis gravidarum is a disabling condition. It is not uncommon that patients request termination of pregnancy because of intolerable symptoms and psychological stress. We report a case in which termination of pregnancy was avoided by the use of ondansetron to treat the hyperemesis gravidarum.
