AbstractFracture of the penis is an uncommon emergency consisting of rupture of the tunica albuginea of the corpus cavernosum resulting from blunt trauma over an erect penis. Prompt diagnosis and early surgical repair are essential to ensure a successful outcome with minimal complications. Delay may result in devastating physical and psychological disabilities that are potentially avoidable. Here in this article, 7 cases of fracture penis are being reported, who had been managed successfully by surgery in 6 cases and one case treated conservatively as he refused surgery.
