    [Pneumocephalus permangnus. An unusual complication following lumbar anesthesia].

    AbstractA case is presented of a 53 year old patient who developed pneumocephalus three days after lumbar anaesthesia. Symptoms and neurosurgical treatment are described. Liquor leakage and lowered intracranial pressure as are discussed as possible mechanisms.
