    AbstractThe case of a 43-year-old man found to have an aneurysm developing from a Kommerell's diverticulum at the origin of an aberrant retroesophageal left subclavian artery is reported herein. The aneurysm was treated by the open stent grafting technique and complete revascularization was achieved.
