AbstractA 32-year-old man who suffered from acute myocardial infarction due to blunt chest trauma was admitted to our hospital. The first coronary angiography was performed on the 38th day after admission. We found aneurysmal dilatation, intimal flap and subintimal hematoma, so coronary dissection of the left anterior descending branch was suspected. When the second coronary angiography was performed 11 months later, those findings had disappeared.
