    AbstractWe report a case of cardiac arrest secondary to acute myocardial infarction that was successfully resolved after thrombolytic therapy. This case suggests that thrombolysis can be used safely also during prolonged cardiopulmonary resuscitation for in-hospital cardiac arrest.
