AbstractAn original method of electromyographic monitoring of the myoplegical component of general anesthesia was developed on the basis of experimental study of the pharmacodynamics of agents inducing neuromuscular blockage. The electromyographic monitoring technique is based on determination of the neuromuscular blockage dynamic periods that are clinically significant for adequate estimation of the efficacy of muscular relaxants and effective use of these drugs. The scheme of analysis of the results of neuromuscular conductivity blockage control is sufficiently informative, simple, and convenient for practical use. The technique is recommended for use in combination with other methods of myoplegia clinic control.
