AbstractA ruptured adenoma of liver was detected during a caesarean in a multipara woman at full term with a severe pulmonary embolus. Therapy for this rare and curious case, with combined internal hemorrhage, severe pulmonary embolism and full term pregnancy in a multipara, is discussed.
