AbstractA case of unpigmented intramucosal nevus occurring in the palatal mucosa is described. It presented as a nodule and was diagnosed clinically as fibroma. The correct diagnosis was established histologically and immunohistochemically; the importance of this lesion is that it should be considered in the differential diagnosis of oral soft-tissue tumors.
