PurposeSingle-incision laparoscopy is being performed for a wide variety of procedures. We describe our technique of single-incision laparoscopic right hemicolectomy for a colon mass.MethodsThe dissection was performed in a medial-to-lateral fashion with intracorporeal anastomosis.ResultsThe length of stay was three days, and there were no postoperative complications.ConclusionsSingle-incision laparoscopic colectomy with an intracorporeal anastomosis can provide satisfactory oncologic resection.
