    AbstractThis article reviews the theoretical background, the sometimes severe side effects and the possible clinical implications of treatments with monoclonal anti-T cell antibodies in Multiple Sclerosis (MS). We conclude that there is no indication for treatment with monoclonal anti-T cell antibodies at the present time, except in controlled trials.
