    AbstractThe clinical-pathological conference portrayed in this article took place at the Sheba Medical Center, Tel Hashomer, IsraeL. A 63 year old woman was hospitalized due to a gradually increasing dyspnea. The discussion entailed the differential diagnosis based on the complex past medical history of this patient, the history of the present illness, the Laboratory results and the imaging studies. Thereupon, the aim was to attempt to point out the most probable clinical diagnosis. This article concludes with the pathological discussion and the final anatomical diagnosis. .
