AbstractSpontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is a rare cause of acute coronary syndrome in pregnant women. Delay in the diagnosis might lead to substantial maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality. Although there have been reports of SCAD in pregnancy, to our knowledge, there have been no reports of maternal and fetal hemodynamic compromise related to SCAD leading to emergent delivery of fetus in the cardiac catheterization laboratory.Published by Elsevier Inc.
