AbstractIntraoperative aortic dissection is a rare but potentially fatal complication of cardiac surgery. In this report, we present a case of intraoperative aortic dissection that was complicated by intestinal ischaemia. The aorta was successfully repaired using both open and endovascular techniques.© 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
