AbstractA case of fixed drug eruption induced by minocycline on the glans penis of a 26-year-old man is reported. Later oral administration of minocycline reproduced the same type of eruption, but tetracycline, possessing the same starting structure as minocycline, did not induce the eruption. Laboratory findings were normal. This seems to be the first case of fixed drug eruption induced by minocycline to appear in the literature.
