AbstractLisfranc fracture-dislocations are rare, and their correct diagnosis is important. Misdiagnosis is common and can lead to chronic disability. Two cases of Lisfranc fracture-dislocations are presented and emphasis is made on the diagnosis in the Emergency Department.
