AbstractAs the buzz keeps growing around pay-for-performance, physicians are grudgingly accepting that they'll have to deal with it. And they want to make sure they help set the rules of the game, with doctor groups issuing policies on the issue. "Pay-for-performance is now seen as something that physicians need to be protected against," says Bruce Bagley, left, of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
